Birthday/Anniversary Scrolls

For significant Birthdays and Anniversaries, congratulatory certificates can be requested from the Federal Government:

Birthdays:

• 65+ Member of Parliament
• 75+ Prime Minister
• 90+ Governor General
• 100+ The Queen (copy of birth certificate required)

Anniversary:

• 25+ Prime Minister & Member of Parliament
• 50+ Governor General
• 60+ The Queen (copy of marriage certificate required)

To request Birthday/Anniversary messages, please complete this form eight weeks prior to the special occassion.
